Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how haxixform collects, processes, stores, and shares information when providing a platform for reviewing business activity and analytics. The policy describes the categories of data we handle, the purposes for processing, legal bases where applicable, retention practices, and the rights available to data subjects. The policy applies to information submitted through the platform, data ingested via configured connectors, metadata created during processing, and contact information provided through our public channels. Where specific processing depends on individual agreements or technical integrations, the applicable configuration and roles determine access and responsibilities. The contact and controller details at the end of this document provide channels to request records access, corrections, or further information about processing activities.
Data collection and purpose of processing
haxixform may process several categories of data depending on how the platform is used and configured. These categories include contact details (name, email, phone), organization and role information provided for account or inquiry purposes, event records and activity logs ingested from client systems (timestamps, identifiers, attributes required for aggregation), and metadata created during processing (provenance, schema version, processing configuration). The primary purposes for processing are to validate and normalize incoming records, compute aggregated indicators and time-series summaries, present review-ready visualizations and tables, and provide exports and snapshots that document the configuration and processing steps used to produce views. Processing is limited to the scope necessary to produce these outputs and to support account and support interactions. When enrichment from reference data is configured by the client, only the fields needed for normalization and aggregation are used. Any optional fields or enrichments are documented in the view metadata so reviewers can trace how an indicator was produced.
Cookies, tracking and similar technologies
The website uses minimal cookies necessary for interface preferences and session management. Cookies may store a non-identifying session token to preserve navigation state and to remember cookie banner choices. Where analytics are enabled by the site administrator, pseudonymized usage metrics and performance data can be collected; such analytics are configured to minimize personal data collection and to support product and interface reliability. The cookie banner provides an option to accept or reject non-essential cookies. If non-essential cookies are rejected, the site will continue to function with core features while disabling analytics or optional tracking. Exported snapshots and platform exports do not include tracking cookies; exported files include only the data and processing metadata explicitly requested in the view export. Clients who configure connectors or third-party integrations are encouraged to review the privacy policies of those services as they may collect additional data under their own terms.
Data subject rights, access, and corrections
Data subjects have rights to request access to personal data where applicable, to request correction of inaccurate personal data, and to request deletion where retention is not required for legal or contractual reasons. To submit a request, contact the address or email below and provide a clear description of the data or the request. We will verify the identity of the requester before responding and will provide a response within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law. Where haxixform operates as a data processor on behalf of a client, requests related to records or activity data ingested from that client should generally be directed to the client as the data controller. We will cooperate with clients to address lawful requests that involve platform-held records and exports. For account and support queries, provide details of the connected systems and view snapshots to help identify the records in question.
Security, retention, and changes
haxixform implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data from unauthorized access and accidental loss. These measures include role-based access controls, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, encrypted transport channels for data in motion, and logging of administrative changes. Retention policies vary by data category and configuration: operational activity records and processed indicators are retained according to configured retention windows; contact and support correspondence may be retained for the purpose of responding and for administrative records. Where contractual or legal requirements mandate longer retention, those constraints will govern. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements; material changes will be announced through the site and an updated effective date will be provided. For questions about security practices or retention periods specific to your configuration, contact us at the details below.
